If you have a non-cancerous mole that is bothering you, there are ways to safely remove it! This doesn’t necessarily mean you have to cut it off, there are other options. Castor oil for skin mole removal might not be something you have heard of, but it’s very effective. Not to mention it’s very affordable and can be found at the grocery store. If you’re interested in doing this, the process is very simple.
Step to using castor oil for skin mole removal include:
- Rub castor oil onto the mole. Try to avoid rubbing it all over your skin, just the area you want to have removed.
- Use your finger to gently massage the area so the oil is completely covering it. This is also going to stimulate the mole to come to a front so it can more easily be removed.
- Continue to repeat this until the mole has been removed. It could end up taking three weeks or so, but this depends on the individual.
The mole will generally start to scab up in a matter of days, which means it’s starting to come off. You can also expect to see that the mole will bleed. This isn’t anything to worry about unless you cannot control the blood flow. If this isn’t effective enough, you can use a bit of baking soda in addition to the castor oil.
How to use baking soda and castor oil?
The main difference is that you will mix a few drops of the oil with a little bit of baking soda before rubbing it onto the mole. This will be a mixture that feels a bit gummy, make sure it’s not completely liquid. Once it’s rubbed all over the mole, place a bandage over it. This is simply used to help keep the mixture in place so it doesn’t come off at night. In the morning the mole should be cleaned and the bandage can be removed as well.
Every other night the baking soda and castor oil mixture should be applied to the mole. Within a few weeks it should result in the mole scabbing up and coming off, much like it does with just castor oil. This is a much more affordable option than going to the dermatologist or doctor. It’s also not very painful, unless the mole has a bad reaction to the oil.
Is this a safe way to remove a mole?
A lot of people use these natural mole removal methods because they are cheap and effective. If the skin is starting to show irritation, stop using this immediately. Everyone reacts differently based on their body and allergies as well. Although this is a slower approach to removing a mole, it’s still a good one.
Anyone who tries this should also make sure their mole isn’t cancerous. If it looks like it might be, go to a doctor instead. They will be able to cut the mole off and send it in for testing to determine if there are any cancerous cells in it.
